摘 要:随着城市轨道交通运营规模的不断扩大,车辆关键系统检修及运维成本带来的压力日益突出。通过PHM技术实现车辆关键部件的智能化运维,已成为各个城轨运营单位正在积极探索的重要方向。文中主要提出了城轨车辆健康管理系统的总体解决方案,完整地阐述了解决方案的总体架构,并以车门系统为例,着重介绍详细系统方案设计,并进行了软件模型仿真以及实车测试验证,实现车门关键部件的状态监测、性能判断、故障预测等健康管理功能。文中通过列车级以及子系统相结合的车载健康管理系统设计、仿真及实车验证,为城轨车辆健康管理提供行之有效的参考方案。With the continuous expansion scale of urban rail transit operations,the pressure caused by the maintenance and operation costs has become increasingly prominent.Realizing the intelligent operation and maintenance of urban transit vehicles through PHM technology has become an important direction for most of metro companies.In this paper,a solution of the urban rail vehicle health management system is mainly proposed,and the structure of the entire solution is described in detail.Taking the door system as an example,the detailed system design is introduced with emphasis,and the simulation by software model and the testing and verification on-board are carried out,realizing health management functions such as condition monitoring,performance judgment,and failure prediction for key components of the door system.Through the design,simulation and testing,an effective solution combining trainlevel PHM unit and subsystems is provided for the implementation of on-board health management of urban rail vehicles.
