摘 要:空气调节系统存在非线性、强耦合、多干扰特性,传统PID控制方式会导致室内环境控制质量下降、系统能耗上升等问题。本文以铁路客站中大空间空气调节系统为对象,构建空气处理机组及建筑空间数学模型,并引入交叉解耦算法解除温湿度耦合,再针对控制对象设计内模控制算法,以实现室内环境的解耦-内模控制,最后借助仿真软件对该系统控制效果和能耗进行仿真分析。采用解耦内模控制策略其系统具有更高的节能率,更好的跟踪性、抗干扰性和解耦能力,且在模型失配条件下该控制策略同样能达到较好控制效果,性能优于PID控制策略。The air conditioning system has the characteristics of non-linearity, strong coupling and multiple interference. The traditional PID control method will lead to problems such as the decline of indoor environmental control quality and the increase of system energy consumption. This paper takes the air conditioning system of the large space in the railway passenger station as the object, firstly, the air handling unit and the building space are modeled;secondly, the cross decoupling algorithm is introduced to decouple the temperature and humidity coupling;thirdly, the internal model control algorithm is designed for the control object to realize the decoupling and internal model control of the indoor environment. Finally, the control effect and energy consumption of the system are simulated with the help of simulation software. The system using the decoupled internal model control strategy has higher energy saving rate, better tracking, anti-interference and decoupling ability, and when the model is mismatched, the control strategy can also achieve better control effect, and its performance is better than that of PID control strategy.
