摘 要:受军事、通航、生态环境、建造技术等多方因素严格限制,超长跨海隧道海中风井修建十分困难,隧道内环境难以有效保障成为超长跨海隧道工程建设重要限制因素之一。通过分析超长跨海隧道环境保障技术研究现状,梳理出超长跨海隧道环境保障系统存在技术标准缺失,气动效应引起的安全、舒适、能耗问题,环境需求与工程条件及代价间的矛盾,环境保障系统运维挑战艰巨四个方面难点问题。结合规划工程实际需求,提出超长跨海隧道环境保障技术发展方向及策略:建立超长跨海隧道环境保障系统标准体系、发展超长海底隧道气动效应控制及利用技术、研发新型隧道环境保障技术及装备、建立完善的综合智能交通运行管理系统。Strictly limited by military, navigation, ecological environment, construction technology and other factors, building sea-well is difficult and complex in the ultra-long sea-crossing tunnel, the difficulty of effectively ensuring the environment in the tunnel has become one of the important limiting factors for the construction of ultra-long sea-crossing tunnel engineering. By analyzing the research status of environmental assurance technology for ultra-long sea-crossing tunnels, it indicates that missing technical standards, safety, comfort and energy consumption problems caused by pneumatic effects, the conflict between environmental needs and engineering conditions and costs, and the operational challenges of environmental protection system are the four key issues existed in the environmental protection system of the ultra-long sea-crossing tunnel. Combing with the actual needs of the planning project, it points that the main development direction and strategy of environmental protection technology for ultra-long sea-crossing tunnels include establishing a standard system for the environmental guarantee system, developing active aerodynamic effect control and utilization technologies, developing new tunnel environmental protection technology and equipment, and building comprehensive intelligent traffic operation management system.
