摘　　要：通过“课岗融通”构建了课岗对接紧密的课程体系,通过“课赛融通”提升了师生综合职业能力,通过“课证融通”提高了学生就业竞争力,通过“课创贯通”打造了学创结合的就业平台,构建了现代农业技术“岗课赛证融通”的人才培养方案,为相关院校培养现代农业能工巧匠提供了思路和借鉴。Through the"combination of courses and posts",the curriculum system with close connection of courses and posts is constructed.The comprehensive professional ability of teachers and students is improved through the"integration of classes and competitions".Through the"course-certificate integration",the employment competitiveness of students is improved.Through the"teaching and innovation linking up",the employment platform combining learning andinnovation was created,and the talent training program of"integrating post,class,competition and certificate"of modern agricultural technology was constructed,which provided ideas and reference for relevant colleges to train modern agricultural skilled craftsmen.
