摘　　要：目的:了解甘肃省医疗机构卫生专业技术人员信息素养水平及影响因素,为卫生专业技术人员信息素养培养提供依据。方法:通过问卷星对甘肃省医疗机构卫生专业技术人员进行抽样调查。用单因素分析方法对影响因素进行筛选,利用后退logistic回归分析探索甘肃省卫生专业技术人员信息素养相关影响因素。结果:甘肃省卫生专业技术人员的信息素养水平中等偏低,信息意识较强,但信息知识匮乏。多因素分析结果显示年龄、职称、岗位、单位类别无统计学意义(P>0.05),性别、学历和医院等级为信息素养影响因素。结论:甘肃省卫生专业技术人员信息素养水平亟待提升,应探索适合于医疗机构卫生专业技术人员的信息素养培养模式,使卫生专业技术人员信息素养培养形成长效机制。Objective To understand the information literacy level and influencing factors of health professionals in medical institutions in Gansu Province,and to provide the basis for information literacy training of health professionals.Methods Health professionals in medical institutions in Gansu Province were sampled by questionnaires.Single factor analysis was used to screen the influencing factors,and regression logistic regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of information literacy of medical staff in Gansu Province.Results The information literacy level of health professionals in Gansu province is low,and they have strong information awareness.There is a lack of information knowledge.The results of multivariate analysis showed that there was no significant difference in age,professional title,post and unit category(P>0.05),while gender,education background and hospital grade were the influencing factors of information literacy.Conclusion The information literacy level of health professionals in Gansu Province needs to be improved urgently,and the training mode suitable for health professionals in medical institutions should be explored to form a long-term mechanism.
