摘　　要：目的 探讨显微手术联合脑室外引流治疗高血压性小脑出血患者的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析我科2015年11月至2019年6月收治的高血压性小脑出血手术患者58例的病例资料,按就诊顺序分成常规组(27例)和研究组(31例)。其中常规组行显微手术治疗,研究组行显微手术+脑室外引流术治疗。比较两组患者的疗效差异。结果 研究组住院总时间、术后并发症发生率及病死率均低于常规组,术后GCS评分高于常规组,术后3个月的改良Rankin评分低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 显微手术联合脑室外引流治疗高血压性小脑出血破入脑室患者的临床效果更佳,可更好地改善神经功能,缩短住院时间,安全性高,有利于促进患者的预后。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of microsurgery combined with extraventricular drainage on hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage. Methods A retrospective analysis of 58 patients with hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage treated in our department from November 2015to June 2019 was divided into the routine group(27 cases) and the study group(31 cases) according to the order of consultation. The conventional group underwent microsurgery, and the study group underwent microsurgery plus extraventricular drainage. The therapeutic effects of cerebellar hemorrhage patients in the two groups were compared. Results The total length of hospital stay, the incidence of postoperative complications, and the mortality were lower in the study group than in the conventional group, the GCS score was higher than that in the conventional group, and the modified Rankin score at 3 months after surgery was lower than that in the conventional group, all of which were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Microsurgery combined with extraventricular drainage for the treatment of hypertensive cerebellar hemorrhage into the ventricle has a better clinical effect, it can better improve nerve function, shorten the length of hospital stay, high safety, and benefit the prognosis of patients.
