摘　　要：目的 探讨和分析超声内镜结合内镜下黏膜剥离术(ESD)在上消化道黏膜及黏膜下病变患者治疗中的临床效果。方法 将收治入我院确诊为上消化道黏膜及黏膜下病变的患者共70例,随机分为两组,试验组进行超声内镜联合ESD治疗,对照组进行常规胃镜联合ESD治疗,对两组的一般手术情况和随访记录情况进行对比。结果 与对照组相比,试验组手术时间更短,术中出血量更少,住院时间更短,病灶切除率更高,随访复发情况较少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 超声内镜结合内镜下黏膜剥离术对黏膜及黏膜病变患者具有很好的临床治疗效果。Objective To explore and analyze the application and clinical effect of endoscopic ultrasound combined with endoscopic mucosal resection in patients with upper gastrointestinal mucosa and submucosal lesions. Methods A total of 70 patients admitted to our hospital for upper gastrointestinal mucosal and submucosal lesions were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group underwent endoscopic ultrasound combined with endoscopic mucosal dissection, and the control group underwent conventional gastroscopy combined with endometrium Inferior mucosal dissection, the general operation status and follow-up records of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time of endoscopic mucosal dissection combined with endoscopic ultrasonography was shorter, the intraoperative blood loss was less, the hospital stay was shorter, the rate of resection of the lesion was higher, and the follow-up recurrence was less, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic ultrasound combined with endoscopic mucosal dissection has a good clinical treatment effect for patients with mucosal and mucosal disease.
