局部皮瓣修复面部软组织缺损疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨局部皮瓣在面部软组织缺损修复中的应用效果。方法给予2017年11月至2019年12月襄城县人民医院收治的50例面部软组织缺损患者行局部皮瓣修复治疗,观察术后皮瓣成活情况、切口愈合时间、瘢痕增生情况以及患者满意度。结果50例患者均顺利完成局部皮瓣修复手术,术后均未出现皮瓣血运不良、创面血肿、切口感染等并发症,皮瓣成活率为100%;切口均一期愈合,愈合时间为(7.28±0.51)d;术后6个月愈后皮肤瘢痕色泽评分为(0.68±0.62)分、血管分布评分为(0.74±0.64)分、厚度评分为(0.80±0.65)分、柔软度评分为(0.98±0.66)分;术后1年患者对修复效果非常满意17例、满意28例、不满意5例,总满意度为90%。结论采用局部皮瓣修复面部软组织缺损,术后皮瓣成活率较高,美容修复效果较好,患者较为满意。Objective To explore the curative effect of local flaps in repairing facial soft tissue defects.Methods Local flap repairing was performed in 50 patients with facial soft tissue defects,who were admitted to Xiangcheng People’s Hospital from November 2017 to December 2019.The survival of flaps,incision healing time,scar hyperplasia and patients’satisfaction were observed after operation.Results Local flap repairing were successfully operated in all the 50 patients.No postoperative complications,such as poor blood supply in skin flaps,wound hematoma and incision infection,was observed.The survival rate of skin flaps was 100%.Primary healing was achieved for all the incisions and the healing time was(7.28±0.51)days.Six months after operation,the skin scar color score was(0.68±0.62)points,blood vessel distribution score was(0.74±0.64)points,skin thickness score was(0.80±0.65)points,skin softness score was(0.98±0.66)points.One year after operation,17 patients were very satisfied with the repair effect,28 were satisfied,5 were unsatisfied,and the total satisfaction rate was 90%.Conclusion The application of local flaps in repairing facial soft tissue defects boasts high survival rate of skin flaps,good cosmetic effect,and high patients’satisfaction.
