摘  要:课程思政是对现行课程制度的反思和新时代设想,也是提高课程质量和加强意识形态建设的重要范畴。经济法课程思政是培养德法兼备管理人才的现实需要,也是课程内容与思政元素协同共存的必然要求。通过构建四个思政指标映射体系即社会主义核心价值观、思想道德与法律素养、中华优秀传统文化、形势与政策实现经济法课程思政实施路径。从课程思政顶层设计、外铄内生课程内容、兼备多种教学方法、结合校内外优质资源、打造教育共同体等五个方面进行课程思政教学改革探索与实践。Curriculum ideological and political thinking is the reflection of the current curriculum system and the idea of the new era, but also an important category to improve the quality of curriculum and strengthen the construction of ideology. Through constructing the mapping system of four ideological and political indicators, namely socialist core values, ideological and moral and legal accomplishment, Chinese excellent traditional culture, situation and policy, the ideological and political implementation path of economic law course is realized. This paper explores and practices the reform of curriculum ideological and political teaching from five aspects: top-level design of curriculum ideological and political teaching, endogenous curriculum content, multiple teaching methods, combination of high quality resources inside and outside the school, and building education community.
