摘 要:在大力发展和实施创新型人才培养计划建设创新型国家的大背景下,主要以南昌大学科学技术学院为例,针对其前期人才培养中存在培养理念落后、不完全切合实际,培养目标不适合社会需求,培养途径、手段和方法较为单一,并缺乏适合的示范培养模式及系统的培养方法等问题,探讨了为了更进一步培养适应我国社会主义现代化建设要求和区域经济发展需要的人才的有效措施途径和手段方法,并在总结经验、发挥优势和特色的基础上,以其近年来着力打造、推进改革和创新、并已形成体系和具有一定特色和基础的、更契合其自身发展的学科竞赛平台、开放实验平台、工程训练平台、“以赛促学”公选课程平台、学生课外科研平台和专业性学生社团平台等,构建了基于多维实践平台的应用型创新人才培养模式。论文阐述了南昌大学科学技术学院以多维实践平台为载体构建应用型创新人才培养模式的启示,提出了构建方案和具体实施与应用推广措施,通过7年在30多个专业2万余学生中的探索与实践应用,取得了显著成效,实践效果证明值得其他院校借鉴和参考。In the context of vigorously developing and implementing the innovative talent training plan to build an innovative country, taking College of Science and Technology of Nanchang University and similar universities as examples, in view of the problems in the early stage of talent cultivation, such as backward training concept, incomplete practical training objectives, unsuitable training approaches, means and methods, and lack of suitable demonstration training mode and systematic training methods, etc. In order to further cultivate the requirements of China’s socialist modernization construction and regional economic development needs of the effective measures and means, and on the basis of summarizing experience and giving play to advantages and characteristics, with its efforts to build and promote reform and innovation in recent years, and has formed a system and certain characteristics and foundation, more in line with its own development of the discipline competition platform, open experimental platform, engineering training platform, “learning by competition” public course platform, extracurricular research platform for students and professional student community platform, etc. A training mode of applied innovative talents based on multi-dimensional practice platform is constructed. This paper expounds College of Science and Technology of Nanchang University to multi-dimensional practice platform as the carrier to build applied innovative talents training mode, and puts forward the construction scheme and concrete implementation and application promotion measures, through seven years more than 20,000 students in more than 30 professional exploration and practice of the application, has achieved remarkable achievement, practice proves that is worthy of reference for other colleges and universities and the reference effect.
