摘　　要：党建属于高校管理的重中之重,党建工作的开展事关“建设什么样的大学”“培育什么样的人”。高校党建工作具有一定的特殊性,高校青年学生基础牢固、人数庞大、知识面广,他们容易接受正面教育,但是思想尚未成熟,很容易动摇,在高校党建工作的开展上,也要顺应新媒体时代的挑战。本文分析了新媒体的特征,探索新媒体时代高校党建工作机制的创新路径。Party construction is the top priority of university management. The development of Party construction is related to “what kind of university to build” and “what kind of people to cultivate”. The work of Party building in colleges and universities has certain particularity. Young college students have a solid foundation, a large number of people and a wide range of knowledge. They are easy to accept positive education, but their thoughts are not mature and easy to shake. In the development of Party building in colleges and universities, they should also comply with the challenges of the new media era. This paper analyzes the characteristics of new media and explores the innovative path of the working mechanism of Party construction in colleges and universities in the new media era.
