摘 要:采用机器人技术进行10 kV高压断路器电气试验可克服人工试验存在的问题,有效提高试验效率和质量水平。文中研究了电气试验机器人接线装置(含接线插头和线仓)关键技术,针对最为复杂的回路电阻测试项目,研究并设计了一种集电压与电流接触于一体的弹片式新型接线插头,使得机器人一次接线即可完成回路电阻测试;根据机器人负载能力,研究了插头接触弹片与断路器断口梅花触头触指的接触压力与接触电阻关系,设计了接线插头接触弹片,满足接触电阻的要求。研究并设计了由接线插头定位基座和平面涡簧收放线装置构成的线仓机构,既能保证机器人反复可靠抓取接线插头又能保证测试线缆收放顺畅。仿真计算和实测结果均表明,采用所设计的接线插头一次接线即可完成回路电阻测试,且与断路器断口梅花触头的接触电阻引起的接触温升小于标准温升;所设计的线仓能保证机器人准确抓取接线插头运动顺畅而未出现卡顿。文中的研究为实现机器人在10 kV断路器电气试验的应用提供了技术支持。Using robot technology to perform electrical test of 10 k V high voltage circuit breaker can overcome the problems existed in the artificial test,improve effectively the operation efficiency and quality. In this paper, the key technology of electrical test robot wiring device(including wiring plug and cable bin)is studied. As for the most complicated circuit resistance measurement,a kind of new type of wiring plug which integrates voltage and current contact leaf-spring connector structure is studied and designed,so that the robot can complete the circuit resistance test one connection. According to the robot’s load capacity,the relationship between the contact pressure and the contact resistance of the contact leaf-spring of the plug and the contact finger of tulip contact of the circuit breaker is studied,and the contact leaf-spring of the wiring plug is designed to meet the requirements of contact resistance.Moreover,the cable pin mechanism,composed of a wiring plug positioning base and a flat volute spring retracting and unwinding device,is studied and designed,which can not only ensure that the robot can repeatedly and accurately grasp the wiring plug,but also smooth winding and unwinding of tested cable.Both the simulation calculation and the actual measurement results show that the circuit resistance test can be completed by one time wiring of the designed wiring plug,and the contact temperature rise caused by the contact resistance of the tulip contact of the open contacts of circuit breaker is less than the standard temperature rise. In addition,the designed cable pin can ensure that the robot accurately grasps the wiring plug and moves smoothly without jams. The research in this paper has provided technical support for the application of the robot in the electrical test of 10 kV circuit breaker.
