摘　　要：舌根肿瘤是口腔颌面外科较为常见的肿瘤,因其解剖位置深在,治疗棘手,目前其外科治疗方式的选择尚未达成共识。本文旨在总结舌根肿瘤治疗的研究进展,分析比较舌根肿瘤的治疗方法,总结其优缺点,为舌根肿瘤的临床诊治提供参考。Tongue base tumors are common in oral and maxillofacial surgery.The anatomical location of tongue base tu-mor is deep and difficult to treat,there is no consensus on the choice of surgical treatment.This article aimed to summa-rize the research progress in tongue base tumors,analyze and compare the treatment methods,summarize their advantages and disadvantages,and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of tongue base tumors.
