摘  要:为了提高城市市政设施规划的合理性,结合粒子群算法的特点,设计了一种城市市政设施规划方法,并根据东莞市寮步镇市政环卫设施概况,研究了城市市政环卫设施的规划方案;构建了环卫设施选址模型与最优路径模型,以实现最优选址;采用粒子群算法,获取了环卫设施规划的初始最优位置;通过最大次数迭代计算,得到了最优值与其对应的变量情况,并获取了环卫设施规划的最优方案。将已规划的环卫设施点作为参照,验证了基于粒子群算法的城市市政设施规划的合理性。试验结果表明:粒子群算法的计算结果收敛度较大,运算50次可达到实际最优值,更接近实际最优规划方案;粒子群算法运算效率更高,能更加准确地计算出城市市政设施规划的最优方案,有效提高了城市市政设施规划的合理性。In order t o improve the rationality of urban municipal facilities planning,an urban municipal facilities planning is designed based on particle swarm optimization(PSO).According to the general situation of municipal sanitation facilities in Liaobu Town,Dongguan City,the planning scheme of urban municipal sanitation facilities is studied.The environmental sanitation facility location model and the optimal path model are established to optimal select the location;The initial optimal location is obtained by PSO;Through the maximum number of iterations,the optimal value and its corresponding variables are obtained to obtain the optimal plan of sanitation facility planning.Taking the planned sanitation facilities as an example,the rationality of urban municipal facilities planning based on PSO is verified.The experimental results show that the calculation results of PSO are relatively close and the convergence degree is larger.The optimal value can be reached after 50 operations,which is closer to the actual optimal planning scheme;Because of the higher operation efficiency,PSO can more accurately calculate the optimal scheme and effectively improve the rationality of urban municipal facilities planning.
