摘 要:砷在地壳中分布广泛,低剂量暴露同样威胁人类健康,水产品是人暴露于砷的主要来源之一,引起广泛关注。中国是水产品消费大国也是砷污染较严重的国家之一,不同水域、水产品砷累积差异较大。为了解中国不同地区、种类水产品砷含量差异,为后续相关研究提供依据,指导日常膳食选择,对公开发表的中英文文献进行综合分析。Arsenic is widely distributed in the earth’s crust.Low doses of arsenic exposure also threaten human health.Aquatic products are one of the main sources of human exposure to arsenic,causing widespread concern around the world.China is a country with large consumption of aquatic products and serious arsenic pollution.Since the arsenic content of different waters or species of aquatic products varies greatly,the review of published Chinese and English literatures is conducted to understand the differences in the total arsenic content of different regions and species of aquatic products in China,to provide a basis for subsequent related studies,and to guide daily dietary choices.
