摘　　要：早期诊断鼻咽癌(Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma,NPC)有利于患者的预后,检测血清EBV-DNA水平在鼻咽癌的诊断上具有较高的特异性及敏感度,已广泛应用于高危地区人群筛查。治疗后血浆EBV-DNA水平与预后的相关性比治疗前血浆EBV-DNA水平与预后的相关性更强。各个实验检测EBV-DNA的方法不同,可能导致在将患者分类为EBV阴性或阳性时造成不小的差异,因此迫切需要一种统一的检测EBV-DNA的方法。在纤维鼻咽镜的引导下进行双侧鼻咽部取样,检测EBV-DNA水平对鼻咽癌的诊断具有较的高特异性及敏感度。将来可为临床提供一种有效、实用的微创检测工具,在筛查鼻咽癌方面有巨大潜力。Early diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)is beneficial to the prognosis of patients.Detection of serum EBV-DNA level has high specificity and sensitivity in the diagnosis of NPC,and it has been widely used in screening population in high-risk areas.There was a stronger correlation between post-treatment plasma EBV-DNA level and prognosis than pre-treatment plasma EBV-DNA level.There is an urgent need for a unified EBV-DNA test because different methods for EBV-DNA detection may lead to considerable differences in the classification of patients as EBV-negative or EBV-positive.Bilateral nasopharyngeal sampling guided by fiberoptic nasopharyngoscope showed high specificity and sensitivity for the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma by detecting EBV-DNA level.In the future,it can provide an effective and practical minimally invasive detection tool for clinical screening of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
