摘　　要：随着人类对于恶性肿瘤的逐步攻克,关于恶性肿瘤的病因学及诊断治疗的相关研究越来越多,其中代谢组学与恶性肿瘤的关系,即代谢组学被用来预测、协助诊断及预后的生物标志物甚至用作治疗的突破点的关系,被众多学者所重视,其中脂代谢异常与恶性肿瘤之间的关联性是研究热点之一,脂代谢被认为可以通过某种机制调节肿瘤行为、炎症因子和肿瘤微环境从而进一步影响肿瘤的发生、发展、预后,脂代谢产物血脂水平被发现在一定程度上可以反映肿瘤的发生与发展。本文综述了血脂水平变化与不同恶性肿瘤发生、发展的相关性,及其与部分恶性肿瘤治疗预后的相关性,为恶性肿瘤的防治及未来对脂代谢与恶性肿瘤作用机制的研究提供理论依据。With the gradual conquest of malignant tumors by human beings,there are more and more research on the etiology and diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors,among which the relationship between metabolomics and malignant tumors,that is,themetabolomics is used biomarkersto predict,assist in diagnosis and prognosis and even used as a breakthrough point of treatment,has been valued by many scholars.The correlation between abnormal lipid metabolism and malignant tumors is one of the research hotspot.Lipid metabolism is believed to be able to regulate tumor behavior,inflammatory factors and tumor micro-environment through a certain mechanism,then further affect the occurrence,development and prognosis of tumors.Lipid metabolite lipid levels were found could reflect the occurrence and development of tumors to a certain extent.This article reviews the correlation between lipid level changes and the occurrence and development of different malignant tumors,as well as the correlation with the prognosis of some malignant tumors,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors and the future research on lipid metabolism and the mechanism of malignant tumors.
