摘 要:卵巢癌(ovarian cancer,OC)是死亡率最高的女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤,严重威胁女性健康。目前以铂类为基础的联合化疗是女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤最常用的化疗方案。然而,很多卵巢癌临床上对以铂类为基础的化疗存在抗药性,严重影响临床疗效。因此,对卵巢癌细胞抗药性研究对卵巢癌的治疗意义重大。前期研究发现卵巢癌细胞的抗凋亡能力是导致患者在化疗过程中产生抗药性的重要原因。本文就卵巢癌相关细胞凋亡通路(JAK2/STAT3、Wnt/β-catenin、MET/HGF、MAPK/ERK、PI3K/AKT/mTOR)及其相关的治疗性诱导剂进行相应综述,以期为后续相关研究提供理论依据。Ovarian cancer(OC)has the highest mortality rate among the malignant tumors of female reproductive system,which seriously threatens women’s health.At present,platinum-based chemotherapy is the most commonly used chemotherapy regimen in malignancies of female reproductive system.However,many ovarian cancers are clinically resistant to platinum-based chemotherapy,which seriously affects the clinical efficacy.Therefore,the study of resistance to platinum in ovarian cancer cells has great significance to the treatment of ovarian cancer.Previous studies have found that the anti-apoptotic ability of ovarian cancer cells is an important factor leading to the resistance.This review presents the apoptotic pathways(JAK2/STAT3,Wnt/β-catenin,MET/HGF,MAPK/ERK,PI3 K/AKT/mTOR)and their related therapeutic inducers in ovarian cancer,which in order to provide theoretical basis for subsequent researches.
