摘　　要：目的:观察眼眶骨折修复术后,患者出现斜视的临床特点。方法:选取我院2019年2月-2020年12月收治的眼眶内壁骨折修复术患者30例,随访观察患者复视、眼位、眼球运动等情况。结果:有3例患者在术后出现斜视的临床表现,其中1例患者是共同性斜视,其眼球无运动障碍,2例患者是麻痹性斜视,其眼球运动受限,会出现复视的情况。结论:经分析,对于眼眶内壁骨折患者,积极做好术前准备、术前评估、术中谨慎、术后好好预防,方可达到好的治疗效果。Objective:To observe the clinical characteristics of strabismus after orbital fracture repair.Methods:From February 2019 to December 2020,30 patients with orbital fracture repair in our hospital were selected and followed up to observe the diplopia,eye position and eye movement of the 30 patients.Results:Three patients presented clinical manifestations of strabismus after operation,among which 1 patient was concomitant strabismus without ocular movement disorder.Two patients had paralytic strabismus with limited eye movement and diplopia.Conclusion:for the patients with orbital wall fracture,it is necessary to make active preparation,evaluation,caution and prevention after operation to achieve good therapeutic effect.
