摘  要:肝纤维化是由各种病因引起、可导致急性或慢性损伤的一种可逆性肝脏疾病。在肝纤维化过程中,miRNA可以调节基因或蛋白质的表达,特别是某些miRNA能参与其发生与演化的进程。本文介绍了肝纤维化过程中的某些miRNA的表达量出现了增加或者降低;指出了miRNA可以通过外泌体参与肝纤维化;阐述了miRNA参与调节肝纤维化的相关信号通路,包括TGF-β/Smad信号通路、NF-κB信号通路、Hedgehog信号通路等。不仅如此,本文还提出,miRNA可以作为生物标记物,参与肝纤维化的诊断;分析了miRNA对肝纤维化的治疗价值,为肝纤维化的诊治提供了新思路。Liver fibrosis is a reversible liver disease caused by various etiologies that can lead to acute or chronic injury. There is evidence that miRNAs can regulate the expression of genes or proteins during liver fibrosis, and in particular, certain miRNAs can be involved in its onset and evolution. In this work, we introduced that the expression of certain miRNAs appeared to be increased or decreased during liver fibrosis;pointed out that miRNAs can participate in liver fibrosis through exosomes;elaborated that miRNAs are involved in regulating the relevant signaling pathways of liver fibrosis, including TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway, NF-κB signaling pathway, and Hedgehog signaling pathway. Furthermore, we also proposed that miRNAs could be used as biomarkers to participate in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis. We analyzed the therapeutic value of miRNAs for liver fibrosis and provided new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of liver fibrosis.
