摘  要:结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)是世界范围内最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率逐年上升,并且每年导致大量死亡。本文简述了在CRC中异常表达的长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNAs,lncRNAs)作为关键调控因子,通过多个生物学过程促进CRC的增殖、迁移和侵袭,包括细胞凋亡、血管生成、免疫逃逸、上皮间质转化等,介绍了lncRNAs参与CRC对拓扑异构酶Ⅱα抑制剂、奥沙利铂、5-氟尿嘧啶以及西妥昔单抗等产生抗性的机制,表明lncRNAs在CRC诊断、治疗及预后判断方面具有重要价值。Colorectal cancer(CRC) is one of the most common malignant tumors worldwide, and its incidence is increasing year by year, causing a large number of cancer-related deaths each year. This review describes the long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs) abnormally expressed in CRC, as a key regulatory factor,promoting the proliferation, migration, and invasion of CRC through multiple biological processes, including apoptosis, angiogenesis, immune escape, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition. And the review presents the mechanisms of lncRNAs participating in the resistance of CRC to topoisomerase II alpha, oxaliplatin, 5-fluorouracil, and cetuximab. Overall, it reveals the important value of lncRNAs in the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis judgement of CRC.
