摘　　要：以第1~7批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作为例,介绍北京中医药大学开展师承教育工作的历史沿革、取得的经验成绩,分析现存问题,探讨未来的发展思路,提出:师承教育与院校教育创新融合、与名老中医传承工作室站融合发展、加强师承指导老师队伍建设、强化管理考核和组织落实等,以期为后续开展师承教育提供借鉴参考。This paper,taking the experience of the first to seventh batch of national senior traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)doctors as an example,summarizes history,achievements and problems of apprenticeship education in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.It also explores the future development of apprenticeship education and put forward the following suggestions:integrating apprenticeship education with university education,continuing education and the development of Inheritance Studio of Eminent TCM Doctors;strengthening the construction of teachers and instructors,reinforcing management assessment and implementation.It is hoped to provide reference for the future development of apprenticeship education.
