摘 要:以现代信息技术为载体,多学科知识共融和师生共学共情为核心目标,开展“共融-共学-共情”教学模式的探索和实践。通过重组教学团队,重构药理学-内科学-化学-中医药学知识共融的教学内容;重设教学流程,打造师生“共学共情”的翻转课堂;依托信息技术开展多维评价,鼓励彰显个性唤醒课堂。在该教学模式的探索实践中,师生通过“共融”构建知识体系、“共学”培养综合能力、“共情”内化情怀素养,培养医德高尚、医术精湛的“五术”中医药人才。With modern information technology as the carrier and“integrating of multidisciplinary knowledge”and“co-learning and teacher-student empathizing”as core goals,this paper explores“integrating-co-learning-empathizing”teaching mode.The new teaching mode includes the following reforms:re-organizing teaching team,re-constructing teaching content based on integrating knowledge of“pharmacology-internal medicine-chemistry and traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy”;re-designing teaching process to construct a flipped classroom where teachers and students can share learning and feelings,conducting multidimensional evaluation with the help of new technologies,stimulating students by encouraging them to show their individuality.In the exploration and practice of this teaching mode,teachers and students has built an“integrative”knowledge system,a“co-learning”environment to develop comprehensive ability,an“empathetic”atmosphere to share feelings and improve qualities.By so doing,it is hoped to cultivate TCM talents with noble medical ethics and superb medical skills.
