摘　　要：教学团队以高度的责任心、强烈的使命感努力做好三优教学团队建设工作,近年来通过开展住院医师规范化培训工作,加强规范化培训课程建设、标准研究,不断提升培训内涵,在建设“三优教学团队”道路中不断探索,总结经验。住院医师规范化培训应重视规范化管理、教学内容创新、注重效果反馈,收集建设性意见与建议,及时调整教学流程、教学内容,改进教学方法,力求打造特色突出且“管理优、教学优、效果优”的三优教学团队。Our teaching team has made great efforts to construct the“three excellence teaching team”with a high sense of responsibility and a strong sense of mission.In recent years,the team has explored and summarized experiences in the process of“three excellence teaching team”by carrying out standardized trainings of residents,strengthening the construction of standardized training courses and research as well as improving the training content.It is suggested that we should attach importance to standardized management,innovation of teaching content,effect of teaching feedback,adjustment of teaching process,improvement of teaching content and teaching methods as well as collection of constructive opinions and suggestions.By so doing we can strive to construct the“three-excellence teaching team”with outstanding characteristics of“excellent management,excellent teaching and excellent effect”.
