摘 要:中医临床现场教学是国医大师熊继柏教授于2011年提出,并在2014年正式开创的中医教学新模式。运行8年以来,已成功举办78期,在学界形成较大的影响力。这一教学模式以“现场诊病”方式,用实时临床过程展开案例式教学,全面呈现医患沟通、四诊合参、辨析医理、选方用药及答疑解惑的全过程。研究团队通过分析,认为这一教育模式体现出强化信念、开拓思维、融贯经典、突出临证的特色,不仅传授临床技艺,也传授治学及教学的思路与方法,为中医教育注入了新思想。TCM on-side clinical teaching was first proposed by national TCM master XIONG Jiguo in 2011.Professor Xiong and his team have successfully conducted 78 training sessions ever since 2014 when this new teaching mode was first established.The mode has exerted significant impact in the academic community.This teaching mode is case-oriented,adopting on-site diagnosis and unfolding real-time clinical process so as to present the whole process of doctor-patient communication,four diagnostic methods,differentiating analysis,prescription and medicinal selection as well as answering patients’questions and solving their problems.The findings show that this teaching mode has manifested the following characteristics:reinforcing TCM belief,expanding TCM thinking,integrating TCM classics,and highlighting clinical pattern features.It not only teaches students clinical skills,but also teaches them thoughts and methods of research and teaching.This teaching mode has provided new thoughts to TCM teaching.
