鼻内窥镜手术及经鼻外径路手术治疗眼眶内壁骨折的治疗效果

摘　　要：对比鼻内窥镜手术及经鼻外径路手术对治疗眼眶内壁骨折的治疗效果。方法:选取我院2019年3月-2020年3月收治的30例眼眶内壁骨折患者作为本次研究对象,采取随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各15例。其中观察组患者实施鼻内窥镜手术,对照组患者实施经鼻外径路手术。比较2组不同的手术方式对患者临床疗效、术中相关指标(术中出血量、手术时间)、术后疼痛情况。结果:观察组手术临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术中出血量以及手术时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);术前,2组患者疼痛情况比较无差异,术后1天、3天观察组疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相较于经鼻外径路手术治疗,在眼眶内壁骨折患者的治疗中应用鼻内窥镜手术疗效较好,可有效降低患者术中出血及手术时间,降低患者术后疼痛,具备较高的推广应用价值。To compare the therapeutic effects of endoscopic nasal surgery and transnasal external ap-proach in the treatment of orbital wall fractures.Methods:A total of 30 patients with orbital wall fractures treated in Shenyang Aier Eye Hospital of Liaoning Province from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and the patients were divided into group A and group B by random number table method,15 cases in each.The pa-tients in group A underwent endoscopic surgery,and the patients in group B underwent external nasal surgery.The clinical efficacy,intraoperative related indicators(intraoperative blood loss,operation time)and postoperative pain of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical curative effect of group A was better than that of group B(P<0.05);the intraoperative blood loss and operation time of group A were lower than those of group B(P<0.05).3 days,the pain screen in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the external nasal approach in the treatment of patients with orbital wall fractures,the application of nasal endos-copy has a better effect,can effectively reduce the intraoperative bleeding and operation time,and reduce the postop-erative pain of the patients,and has a higher popularization and application.value.
