摘　　要：目的 探讨子宫动脉栓塞术(UAE)治疗不同类型症状性子宫肌瘤中期临床疗效和安全性。方法 回顾性分析行UAE治疗的33例患者的临床资料,分析患者术后月经评分、临床有效率、不良反应及并发症,比较术前和术后6个月肌瘤体积缩小率、月经量减少率,比较术前和术后6个月不同类型症状性子宫肌瘤的疗效。结果 UAE治疗子宫肌瘤疗效确切,术前和术后6个月肌瘤体积缩小率、月经量减少率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对不同类型子宫肌瘤治疗效果无明显差异(P>0.05)。术后无严重不良反应及并发症发生。结论 UAE治疗症状性子宫肌瘤安全有效,对不同类型子宫肌瘤疗效无差异,在保留子宫的同时能显著缓解患者临床症状。Objective To explore the midterm clinical efficacy and safety of UAE in the treatment of different types of symptomatic uterine fibroids. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 33 patients treated with UAE.Analysis of postoperative menstrual scores, clinical effectiveness, adverse reactions and complications.The reduction rates of fibroid volume and menstrual volume were compared before and 6 months after surgery, and the curative effects of different types of symptomatic uterine fibroids were compared before and 6 months after surgery. Results UAE was effective in the treatment of uterine fibroids, and the difference in the reduction rate of fibroid volume and menstrual volume before and 6 months after surgery was statistically significant(P< 0.05).There was no significant difference in treatment effect on different types of uterine fibroids(P>0.05).No serious adverse reactions and complications occurred in this study. Conclusion UAE is safe and effective in the treatment of symptomatic uterine fibroids, with no difference in the efficacy of different types of uterine fibroids.It can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients while retaining the uterus.
