奥美拉唑联合凝血酶治疗慢性胃炎并消化性溃疡出血疗效、胃功能出血复发分析

摘　　要：目的 分析奥美拉唑联合凝血酶治疗慢性胃炎并消化性溃疡出血疗效、胃功能出血复发。方法 选取2020年1月-2021年1月东莞市大朗医院诊治的66例慢性胃炎并消化性溃疡出血患者的临床资料,随机分为两组,对照组33例行奥美拉唑治疗,研究组33例行奥美拉唑联合凝血酶治疗,观察两组疗效、相关指标、胃肠功能、不良反应发生率和胃功能出血复发率。结果 研究组的总有效率93.93%,高于对照组的72.72%(P<0.05,χ^(2)=5.3455);研究组的PGⅠ、HCT、PGⅡ、HGB等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05,t=16.1895;7.7500;11.7296;4.5027);研究组的GSRS和GIS评分分别为(17.06±3.15)分、(12.53±3.80)分均优于对照组(P<0.05,t=15.8734;12.2252);研究组无复发低于对照组18.18%;研究组不良反应发生率6.06%均低于对照组不良反应发生率24.24%(P<0.05,χ^(2)=4.2429;4.5833)。结论 奥美拉唑联合凝血酶治疗慢性胃炎并消化性溃疡出血的疗效显著,减轻患者临床病症,改善肠胃功能,减少胃功能出血复发和不良反应。Objective To analyze the efficacy of omeprazole combined with thrombin in the treatment of chronic gastritis with peptic ulcer bleeding, and the recurrence of gastric bleeding.Methods The clinical data of 66 patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer hemorrhage diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received 33 patients with omeprazole treatment,and the study group received routine omeprazole combined with thrombin treatment to observe the efficacy,related indicators,gastrointestinal function,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate of gastric bleeding in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.93%,which was higher than 72.72% of the control group(P< 0.05,χ^(2)=5.3455);the indexes of PG Ⅰ, HCT, PGⅡ and HGB of the study group were better than those of the control group(P< 0.05, t=16.1895;7.7500;11.7296;4.5027);the GSRS and GIS scores of the study group were(17.06±3.15) points and(12.53±3.80)points respectively,which were better than those of the control group(P<0.05,t=15.8734;12.2252);no recurrence in the study group was 18.18%,which was lower than that in the control group;the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.06%,which was lower than 24.24% in the control group(P< 0.05, χ^(2)=4.2429;4.5833).Conclusion Omeprazole combined with thrombin is effective in treating chronic gastritis with peptic ulcer bleeding, alleviating the clinical symptoms of patients,improving gastrointestinal function, and reducing the recurrence and adverse reactions of gastric bleeding.
