黄柏地榆汤配合低频脉冲电治疗中风患者肢体功能障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察黄柏地榆汤配合低频脉冲电治疗对中风患者肢体功能障碍的治疗效果。方法:选取我科2019年11月至2020年10月收治的中风患者伴肢体功能障碍的患者68例作为研究对象,按照临床治疗方法不同将患者随机分为两组,对照组(34例)采用常规低频脉冲电治疗,研究组(34例)采用黄柏地榆汤配合低频脉冲电治疗,收集分析两组患者肢体功能恢复情况。结果:对照组患者干预前的Barthel指数(58.64±7.57)分,肌肉敏感度(28.52±4.89)分,研究组干预前的Barthel指数(59.22±7.39)分,肌肉敏感度(27.98±4.86)分,研究组干预后的Barthel指数(84.75±10.47)分,肌肉敏感度(14.69±3.74)分,对照组干预后的Barthel指数(71.23±9.44)分,肌肉敏感度(19.47±5.21)分,研究组Barthel指数明显高于对照组;研究组使用脉冲强度明显低于对照组;研究组患者满意度明显高于对照组。结论:对于治疗中风患者肢体功能障碍,使用黄柏地榆汤配合低频脉冲电治疗临床效果明显优于低频脉冲电治疗,同时能够提高患者对治疗的认可度,改善治疗满意度,值得临床上推广使用。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Huangbai Diyu Decoction combined with low-frequency pulsed electric therapy on limb dysfunction in stroke patients.Methods:Selected 68 stroke patients with limb dysfunction who were treated in our department from November 2019 to October 2020 as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to different clinical treatment methods.The control group(34 cases)used Routine lowfrequency pulsed electric therapy,the research group(34 cases)were treated with Huangbai Diyu decoction combined with low-frequency pulsed electric therapy,and the recovery of limb function of the two groups of patients was collected and analyzed.Results:The control group had Barthel index(58.64±7.57)points and muscle sensitivity(28.52±4.89)points before intervention,while the research group had Barthel index(59.22±7.39)points and muscle sensitivity(27.98±4.86)points before intervention.,Barthel index(84.75±10.47)points,muscle sensitivity(14.69±3.74)points after intervention in the research group,Barthel index(71.23±9.44)points after intervention in the control group,muscle sensitivity(19.47±5.21)points,research The Barthel index in the group was significantly higher than that in the control group;the pulse intensity used in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group;the patient satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:For the treatment of limb dysfunction in stroke patients,the clinical effect of Huangbai Diyu Decoction combined with low-frequency pulsed electrical therapy is significantly better than that of low-frequency pulsed electrical therapy.It can also improve patients'recognition of treatment and improve treatment satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
