摘　　要：目的:研究分析眼球按摩护理对青光眼小梁切除术患者手术成功率、眼压及护理满意度的影响效果。方法:选取我院收治的36例小梁切除术治疗青光眼患者作为研究对象。36位参与研究的入院患者入院时间均在2019年1月至2020年12月,依据入院时间分为调查组与对照组;调查组患者采用眼球按摩护理,对照组患者通过常规护理干预;不同方式按摩后,观察对比两组患者的手术成功率以及眼压情况;通过调查问卷的方式比较两组患者按摩干预后的满意度情况。结果:实施护理前,两组患者的眼压水平数据对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经护理干预后,调查组患者的眼压水平数据显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05);调查组患者的手术成功率显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05);与此同时,经过眼球按摩护理的调查组患者的护理满意度达到17(94.4%),常规护理的对照组患者护理满意度为9(50%),存在统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:眼球按摩护理对青光眼小梁切除术患者有良好的应用效果,可有效提升患者的手术成功几率,促进患者眼压的恢复,患者的生活质量得到显著提升,满意度也随之大大增加,对患者的预后具有重要的积极意义,眼球按摩护理值得在临床借鉴和推广。Objective:To study and analyze the effect of eye massage nursing on the success rate of operation,intraocular pressure and nursing satisfaction of patients with trabeculectomy for glaucoma.Methods:36 patients with glaucoma treated by trabeculectomy in our hospital were selected as the research object.36 patients in the study were admitted from January 2019 to December 2020,and were divided into control group and control group according to the time of admission.Patients in the investigation group received eye massage nursing,and patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention.After massage in different ways,the surgical success rate and intraocular pressure of the two groups were observed and compared.The satisfaction of the two groups after massage intervention was compared by questionnaire.Results:Before the implementation of nursing,the iOP data of the two groups of patients were compared,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05),after nursing intervention,the iOP data of the investigation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);The success rate of operation in investigation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the nursing satisfaction of patients in the investigation group after eye massage nursing was 17(94.4%),and that of patients in the control group after conventional nursing was 9(50%),which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:massage eye care for patients with glaucoma trabeculectomy with good application effect,can effectively improve the success rate of surgery patients,promote the recovery of patients with intraocular pressure,the patient's quality of life improved significantly,satisfaction also increases greatly,is important for the prognosis of patients with positive meaning,eye care is worth popularizing in clinical reference and massage.
