摘  要:目的:评价基于客观结构化临床考核在针灸学本科生临床教学应用中的效果。方法:将2020年9—11月于黑龙江中医药大学针灸学课程学习的60名本科生,随机分为传统教学组和客观结构化临床技能考核(OSCE)组,每组各30人。课程结束后由教学秘书组织OSCE组学生进行课程组织床考试,理论及临床考试全部结束后进行满意度调查,比较两种教学方法的教学效果。结果:OSCE组在知识掌握和临床思维方面满意度均高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.29、6.91,P<0.05);OSCE组在学习兴趣和解决问题满意度高于传统教学组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。OSCE组学生在基础知识、针灸技术及病例分析平均得分显著高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.21、9.06、10.78,P<0.05)。结论:OSCE加入本科生针灸学教学中提高了学生理论基础和临床实践能力,具有显著优势。Objective:To evaluate the effect of objective structured clinical examination in clinical teaching of acupuncture and moxibustion undergraduates.Methods:60 undergraduate students enrolled in the acupuncture course at Heilongjiang Universi⁃ty of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2020 to November 2020 were randomly divided into traditional teaching group and OSCE group,with 30 students in each group.At the end of the course,the teaching secretary organized the OSCE group stu⁃dents to take the course organization bed examination,and a satisfaction survey was conducted after all the theoretical and clinical examinations are completed.The teaching effectiveness of the two teaching methods was compared.Results:Satisfaction in terms of knowledge acquisition and clinical thinking was higher in the OSCE group than in the traditional teaching group,with statistical⁃ly significant differences(t=8.29,6.91,P<0.05).The OSCE group had higher learning interest and problem-solving satisfaction than the traditional teaching group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The mean scores of students in the OSCE group in basic knowledge,acupuncture techniques and case analysis were significantly higher than those in the traditional teaching group,with statistically significant differences(t=3.21,9.06,10.78,P<0.05).Conclusion:The addition of OSCE to un⁃dergraduate acupuncture teaching improves the theoretical foundation and clinical practice of students,which has significant advantages.
