摘 要:文章旨在研究美国图书情报硕士(MLIS)实习制度的内容及特点,为完善我国MLIS实习制度提供参考借鉴。基于新制度主义视角,对美国MLIS实习制度进行规制性层面、规范性层面、文化-认知性层面的分析。研究发现,美国MLIS实习制度的三个层面既各自发挥着独特作用,又相互促进和支持,共同维持制度的稳定运行。从而提出建议:我国在规制性层面加强立法保护,维护实习生权益;在规范性层面明确实习相关主体的权责,完善实习规范;在文化-认知性层面建立反馈和评估机制,提升实习效果。The paper studies the content and characteristics of the American Master of Library and Information Studies(MLIS)internship system,aiming at providing reference for improving the system in China.Based on the perspective of new institutionalism,the MLIS internship system in the United States is analyzed at the regulatory level,the normative level,and the cultural-cognitive level.The study found that the three levels of the MLIS internship system in the U.S.not only play a unique role individually,but also promote and support each other to maintain the stable operation of the system.Thus,the paper proposes that China should strengthen legislative protection at the regulatory level to safeguard the rights and interests of interns,clarify the rights and responsibilities of internship-related subjects at the normative level to improve internship norms,and establish feedback and evaluation mechanisms at the cultural-cognitive level to enhance the effectiveness of internships.
