摘　　要：胃癌前病变是胃癌转化的关键节点。因西医没有统一的内科治疗手段,而中医本着辨证论治、未病先防等治疗理念,在胃癌的防治、逆转癌前病变状态上独有优势。胃癌前病变的病机为脾胃虚弱、毒邪内侵,“毒”既是胃癌前病变的因,也是病变产生的果,贯穿于疾病的始终,因此“毒”在该病演变的进展中尤为关键。笔者查阅大量相关文献,就从“毒”论述胃癌前病变的研究进展进行总结。Precancerous lesions of gastric cancer are the key points of gastric cancer transformation.Because western medicine has no unified medical treatment means,and Traditional Chinese Medicine based on syndrome differentiation,disease prevention and so on,in the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer,reversing precancerous lesions unique advantage.The pathogenesis of precancerous lesion of stomach is weakness of spleen and stomach and invasion of"poison","poison"is not only the cause of precancerous lesion of stomach,but also the result of pathological change.The author consulted a large number of related literature and summarized the research progress of precancerous lesion of stomach from"poison".
