摘 要:目的了解浙江省在校大学生的生育知识水平及影响因素,为有针对性地开展大学生生育知识宣传教育提供依据。方法于2019年11月至2020年11月选取浙江省面向全国招生的5所大学(温州医科大学、温州大学、宁波大学、浙江师范大学、同济大学浙江学院)的大三、大四、大五在校学生作为研究对象。采用自行设计的调查问卷及中文版Cardiff生育知识量表进行调查。对资料进行描述统计、秩和检验和二分类Logistic回归分析。结果共发放问卷793份,回收有效问卷779份,有效率为98.23%。所有研究对象总的量表条目回答正确率为63.13%,95%CI为59.74%~66.52%,不同性别量表条目回答正确率存在一定差别。Cardiff生育知识量表得分中位数为9分,四分位数间距为3分(7,10)。单因素分析结果显示,不同年龄、年级、是否为医学专业、是否了解过生育知识、是否吸烟,其Cardiff生育知识量表得分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析发现,专业为医学专业(OR=2.987,95%CI:2.217~4.025)和了解过生育知识(OR=1.821,95%CI:1.326~2.501)能增加Cardiff生育知识量表得分。结论浙江省大学生生育知识掌握水平整体较好,但专业间存在差异。因此,建议在大学期间,特别是对非医学专业大学生加强生育知识方面的教育,可通过公共选修课、科普讲座等方式,提高其的生育知识水平,以便提高育龄人群的生育质量。Objective To understand the level of fertility knowledge and the influencing factors among college students in Zhejiang Province,and to provide basis for targeted publicity and education of fertility knowledge among college students.Methods The third,fourth,and fifth year students from five universities(Wenzhou Medical University,Wenzhou University,Ningbo University,Zhejiang Normal University and Zhejiang College of Tongji University)during November 2020 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects,and a self-designed questionnaire and Chinese version of Cardiff fertility knowledge scale were used for investigation.The data were analyzed for descriptive statistics,rank sum test and binary Logistic regression.Results A total of 793 questionnaires were sent out,and 799 valid questionnaires were recovered with an effective rate of 98.23%.The total correct answer rate of all respondents to the questionnaire questions is 63.13%,and the 95%CI is 59.74%-66.52%.There are some differences in the correct answer rate of different gender scale items.The median score of Cardiff fertility knowledge scale was 9,and the quartile interval was 3(7,10).Univariate analysis showed that the scores of Cardiff fertility knowledge scale were statistically significant(P<0.05)among different ages,grades,medical majors,reproductive knowledge and smoking.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis found that,medical major(OR=2.987,95%CI:2.217-4.025)and knowledge of fertility(OR=1.821,95%CI:1.326-2.501)could increase the scores of Cardiff fertility knowledge scale.Conclusion College students in Zhejiang Province have a good mastery of fertility knowledge as a whole.But there are differences between majors.Therefore,it is suggested that the education of fertility knowledge should be strengthened during college,especially for non-medical majors,and their fertility knowledge level can be improved by means of public elective courses and popular science lectures,so as to improve the fertility quality of people of childbearing age.
