如东县2016~2020年中小学生营养状况调查与分析

摘　　要：目的:分析如东县2016~2020年中小学生营养状况,并依据结果采取改善措施。方法:择如东县2016~2020年中小学生,对其健康检查数据进行收集,分析其营养状况。结果:经分析,2016~2020期间,学生营养不良呈现逐年降低的趋势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。学生超重检出率、肥胖检出率,其均表现为逐年提高的趋势(P<0.05);另外,相比女生,2016~2020年男生超重、肥胖检出率以及营养不良检出率均更高(P<0.05)。结论:目前如东县中小学生营养不良问题改善较佳,检出率呈现逐年递减的趋势;但超重、肥胖情况,却较为严重,2016~2020年呈现出逐年提高趋势,应当受到重视。另外,相较女生,男性营养情况两极问题更为突出,学校与家庭需采取针对性措施,改善学生营养状况。Objective:To analyze the nutritional status of primary and secondary school students in Rudong County from 2016 to 2020,and take improvement measures according to the results.Methods:Primary and secondary school students in Rudong County from 2016 to 2020 to collect their health examination data and analyze their nutritional status.Results:After analysis,from 2016 to 2020,student malnutrition showed a downward trend year by year,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overweight detection rate and obesity detection rate of students are reflected in an increasing trend year by year(P<0.05);in addition,the detection rate of overweight,obesity and malnutrition detection rates of boys from 2016 to 2020 were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:At present,the malnutrition problem of primary and secondary school students in Rudong County has improved better,and the detection rate is decreasing year by year.However,the situation of overweight and obesity is relatively serious.From 2016 to 2020,it showed a trend of increasing year by year,which should be paid attention to.In addition,the nutritional polarity of men is more prominent than that of girls,and schools and families need to take targeted measures to improve the nutritional status of students.
