摘　　要：食管癌是一种在我国较为高发且预后较差的疾病,目前认为食管癌的发生是多种因素共同作用的结果。近年来食管癌致病因素的相关机制及其对预后的影响逐渐被阐明。本文就食管癌致病因素及其对预后的影响作一概述,以期加深对食管癌致病因素的认识。Esophageal cancer is a kind of disease with high incidence and poor prognosis in China.It is believed that the occurrence of esophageal cancer is the result of combined action of many factors.In recent years,the pathogenic factors and related mechanisms of esophageal cancer have been elucidated gradually.This article reviews the etiological factors of esophageal cancer and their effects on the prognosis of patients,so as to deepen the understanding for the etiological factors.
