摘　　要：目的通过调查问卷评估远程老年医学继续教育效果及探索完善措施。方法解放军总医院第二医学中心于2020年3—12月应用远程医学服务平台服务临床科研,积极开展远程线上教学,并通过问卷调查方式了解远程继续教育现状,并进行监督和管理。结果参加问卷调查对象均为解放军总医院第二医学中心的医务工作者,共收集458份调查问卷,88.4%受访者认为远程继续教育对于提高自身知识和水平至关重要,63.1%的受访者每周参加2~3次线上课程,授课内容以临床病例讨论和专业新进展为主;课后反馈满意度高达86.0%,建议授课时间最好安排在下午,时长不超过1 h为宜。另外,90.0%受访对象通过其他平台参加培训课程以提升自身水平,84.5%医生表示会以问题为导向进行线上学习,且近半数购买线上培训课程。结论目前远程线上教育凸显巨大优势,通过不断完善充分发挥其重要职责,以确保继续教育学习的有效性、系统性和持续性。Objective To evaluate the effect of tele-geriatrics continuing education and explore the improvement measures through questionnaire.Methods From March to December 2020,the Second Medical Center of the General Hospital of PLA actively carried out remote online teaching,and used questionnaire surveys to understand the status and effects of remote continuing education,and carried out supervision and management.Results The respondents were all medical workers in the Second Medical Center of the General Hospital of PLA.A total of 458 questionnaires were collected.88.4%of the respondents believed that distance continuing education was very important for improving their knowledge and level.63.1%of the respondents attended online courses 2~3 times a week,which mainly focused on clinical case discussion and new professional progress.After class,the feedback satisfaction reached 86.0%.It was suggested that the teaching time should be arranged in the afternoon and the duration should not exceed 1 hour.In addition,90.0%of the respondents participated in training courses through other platforms to improve their own level,84.5%doctors said they would conduct problem-oriented online learning,and nearly half of them purchased online training courses.Conclusion In recent years,distance online education has highlighted its huge advantages.Through continuous improvement,it will give full play to its important responsibilities and conduct evaluation and verification to ensure the effectiveness and continuity of continuing education.
