摘　　要：《微生物与人类的故事》属在线开放课程,定位为通识课,将微生物学知识与历史、社会、人物、故事相融合,减少专业词汇,采用更生动、更通俗、更生活化的语言,通过去专业化将受众人群由医学生拓展到其他各专业学生甚至是文科生。该课程于2017年依托智慧树网络服务平台在全国范围内上线运行,已成功运行3年。线上课程由78个小视频组成,几乎涵盖医学微生物学课程中所有重要知识点,没有时间和空间的局限,学生可以随时随地自主学习。为了弥补线上课程师生互动不足的缺陷,设立3次网络直播课即线下见面课,以跨校直播的方式开展。在线下教学中设计有5个模块,希望可以检验学生学习效果,帮助学生做到知识系统化,强化学生对知识的理解和记忆,引导学生利用所学知识去解决疑难问题,促进学生知识和技能的综合提高。线下见面课的实践过程顺畅,学生参与度高,师生互动充分,整体教学效果良好。The Story of Microbes and Humans is an online open course,which is positioned as a general education course,which integrates microbiology knowledge with history,society,characters and stories,reduces professional vocabulary,and adopts more vivid,popular and life-oriented language.Through de-specialization,the audience will be expanded from medical students to students of other majors and even liberal arts students.The course was launched nationwide in 2017 relying on the Wisdom Tree network service platform and has been running successfully for three years.The online course consists of 78 small videos,covering almost all the important knowledge points in the course of medical microbiology.Without the limitation of time and space,students can study independently anytime and anywhere.In order to make up for the lack of interaction between teachers and students in online courses,three online live classes are set up,that is,offline interview classes,which are carried out in the way of cross-school live broadcast.Five modules are designed in offline teaching,hoping to test students'learning effect,help students achieve knowledge systematization,strengthen students'understanding and memory of knowledge,guide students to use the knowledge.They have learned to solve difficult problems,promote the comprehensive improvement of students'knowledge and skills.The practice process of offline interview class is smooth,the degree of student participation is high,the interaction between teachers and students is sufficient,and the overall teaching effect is great.
