摘 要:根据省级要求,药师规范化培训学员需要通过实践技能和理论考核才能获得规范化培训结业证书。而在某些特殊时期,当学员不能进行线下的培训时,培训基地如何合理地对药培学员的实践技能进行培训成为了关注的重点。笔者以四川大学华西医院药培基地2019、2020级的92名药培学员为例,以网络学习和实践技能相结合形成的多元化教学培训模式进行了探索,建立可行性较高的培训方案,以增强药培学员的临床实践能力。多元化的教学培训模式可在目前应用,并且为日后的实践技能考核培训模式作参考。According to the provincial requirements,students of standardized training for pharmacists need to pass the practical skills and theoretical examination to obtain the certificate of completion of standardized training.In some special periods,when trainees cannot carry out offline training,how to reasonably pharmaceutical training students'practical skills in training bases has become the focus of attention.The author took 92 students of 2019 and 2020 in the drug training base of West China Hospital of Sichuan University as an example to explore the diversified teaching and training mode formed by the combination of online learning and practical skills,and establish a feasible training program to enhance the clinical practice ability of pharmaceutical training students.And the diversified teaching and training model can be applied at present,and for the future practice skills assessment and training model for reference.
