口腔正畸联合修复治疗先天牙体形态异常的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察口腔正畸联合修复治疗先天牙体形态异常的临床效果。方法114例先天牙体形态异常患者,依据患者基本资料均衡可比的分组原则分成对照组和观察组,各57例。对照组患者采用直接牙体修复治疗,观察组患者采用口腔正畸联合修复治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果,治疗前后语言功能和咀嚼功能情况,牙齿外观满意度评分和口腔功能评分。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率98.25%高于对照组的85.96%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的语言功能评分(7.88±0.76)分、咀嚼功能评分(9.68±0.22)分高于对照组的(6.26±0.72)、(8.18±0.38)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的语言功能恢复时间(16.35±3.81)d以及咀嚼功能恢复时间(20.04±5.38)d短于对照组的(25.07±4.89)、(28.29±5.03)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的牙齿外观满意度评分(9.33±0.36)分、口腔功能评分(9.34±0.37)分高于对照组的(8.19±0.47)、(8.57±0.38)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论先天牙体形态异常患者采取口腔正畸联合修复治疗可以显著改善患者的语言功能以及咀嚼功能,缩短患者语言功能及咀嚼功能的恢复时间,在患者的牙齿外观满意度和口腔功能方面也更具优势,具有较好的治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined orthodontic and prosthodontic treatment on congenital dental morphological abnormalities.Methods A total of 114 patients with congenital dental morphological abnormalities were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of balanced and comparable basic data,with 57 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received direct dental restoration,while patients in the observation group received combined orthodontic and prosthodontic treatment.The therapeutic effect,language function and chewing function before and after treatment,dental appearance satisfaction score and oral function score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment for patients in the observation group was 98.25%,which was higher than 85.96%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the language function score(7.88±0.76)points and mastication function score(9.68±0.22)points of patients in the observation group were higher than(6.26±0.72)and(8.18±0.38)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the recovery time of language function and chewing function were(16.35±3.81)and(20.04±5.38)d,which were shorter than(25.07±4.89)and(28.29±5.03)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the dental appearance satisfaction score was(9.33±0.36)points and oral function was(9.34±0.37)points,which were higher than(8.19±0.47)and(8.57±0.38)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with congenital dental morphological abnormalities,combined orthodontic and prosthodontic treatment can significantly improve the patient's language function and chewing function,shorten the recovery time of patient's language function and chewing function,and has more advantages in the patient's
