妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗睑缘炎性干眼症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液对睑缘炎性干眼症患者的治疗效果。方法82例睑缘炎性干眼症患者,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组及观察组,每组41例。对照组通过红霉素眼膏辅助眼睑按摩治疗,观察组通过妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液辅助眼睑按摩治疗。比较两组患者的不良反应发生率及治疗前后角膜荧光色素染色评分、基础泪液分泌试验结果及泪膜破裂时间。结果治疗后,观察组患者的角膜荧光色素染色评分(0.88±0.05)分低于对照组的(1.56±0.61)分,基础泪液分泌试验结果(14.72±0.50)mm/5 min、泪膜破裂时间(8.68±2.63)s长于对照组的(11.13±0.41)mm/5 min、(6.54±1.10)s,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为12.20%,与对照组的9.76%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对睑缘炎性干眼症患者,在进行眼睑处按摩治疗的同时配合应用妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液能够安全高效的使临床症状得到改善,有推荐的价值。Objective To investigate the effect of tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops in the treatment of dry eye associated with blepharitis.Methods A total of 82 cases of dry eye associated with blepharitis were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated by erythromycin eye ointment assisted with eyelid massage,and the observation group was treated by tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops assisted with eyelid massage.The incidence of adverse reactions,corneal fluorochrome staining score and basal tear secretion test results before and after treatment and tear break-up time were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the observation group had lower corneal fluorochrome staining score of(0.88±0.05)points than(1.56±0.61)points of the control group;the observation group had basal tear secretion test results of(14.72±0.50)mm/5 min and tear break-up time of(8.68±2.63)s,which were longer than(11.13±0.41)mm/5 min and(6.54±1.10)s in the control group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 12.20%,and the difference was not statistically significant when compared with 9.76%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with dry eye associated with blepharitis,tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops combined with eyelid massage therapy can safely and efficiently improve clinical symptoms,which has the value of recommendation.
