脾益气解毒汤对应用安罗替尼治疗的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者治疗安全性的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨脾益气解毒汤对应用安罗替尼治疗的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者治疗安全性的影响。方法:选取2017年7月-2021年7月山东省昌乐县人民医院收治的80例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用安罗替尼单药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用脾益气解毒汤治疗,比较两组治疗有效率、疾病控制率、血清肿瘤指标表达水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:两组治疗有效率及疾病控制率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组癌胚抗原、细胞角蛋白19片段测定及血清鳞状细胞癌相关抗原水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组白细胞减少、高血压、手足皮肤反应、咯血和声音嘶哑发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对应用安罗替尼治疗的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者加用脾益气解毒汤,能显著减轻安罗替尼导致的不良反应。Objective:To explore the influence of Spleen Yiqi Jiedu Decoction on the treatment safety of patients with advanced non-small cell lung carcinoma treated by anlotinib.Methods:Eighty patients with advanced non-small cell lung carcinoma treated in Shandong Province Changle People’s Hospital from July 2017 to July 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given anlotinib monotherapy,and the observation group was given Spleen Yiqi Jiedu Decoction on the basis of control group.The effective rate of treatment,disease control rate,expression level of serum tumor indicators and incidence of adverse reaction in two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the effective rate of treatment and disease control rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in carcinoembryonic antigen,cytokeratin 19 fragment determination and serum squamous cell carcinoma-related antigen levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of leukopenia,hypertension,hand and foot skin reactions,hemoptysis and hoarseness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with advanced non-small cell lung carcinoma treated by anlotinib,Spleen Yiqi Jiedu Decoction can significantly alleviate adverse reactions caused by anlotinib.
