摘  要:医用诊断X线设备是医院临床诊断中使用的一类重要医疗设备,其在工作过程中的安全性和有效性对于保证患者及医护人员的健康和生命安全具有非常重要的意义。在医用诊断X线设备进行检测的过程中,辐射输出的空气比释动能率是一项重要的安全指标,故对该指标的不确定度进行分析和计算对于保障该类设备的安全有效使用非常必要。该研究通过测定未经检定的放射治疗X线辐射源的空气比释动能率,对测量结果的不确定度进行计算和量化分析,并与另一台经检定的模拟定位X线机的不确定度进行对比,确定该模拟定位X线能够满足检定系统要求。Medical diagnostic X-ray equipment is a kind of important medical equipment used in hospital clinical diagnosis.Its safety and effectiveness in the process of work is of great significance to ensure the health and life safety of patients and medical staff.In the process of measuring medical diagnostic X-ray equipment,an important safety index is the air specific release kinetic energy rate of radiation output.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and calculate the uncertainty of the air specific release kinetic energy rate of radiation output for the safe and effective use of such equipment.Combining with multifunction radiation dose tester,by measuring the radiation therapy are not verified the air kerma rate X ray radiation source,and the uncertainty of measurement results of calculation and quantitative analysis,and then with another JingJian set to simulate the positioning of the X-ray machine,comparing the uncertainty of determining the simulation positioning X-ray can satisfy the requirement of verification system.
