摘　　要：通过构建“四维评价模型”从科研能力、成长能力、临床能力、团队能力4个方面对新时期的中医青年人才进行综合评价,探讨以培养“科研强、临床精、理论新、素养高”的中医实用人才为目标。通过“四维评价模型”对新时期中医青年人才培养模式进行改革、探索,积累经验,探索适用于新时期中医青年人才的培养模式,以培养出更多符合社会发展需求的中医特色临床人才。A four-dimensional evaluation mode is construct ed to comprehensively evaluate young talents of traditional Chinese medicine from the perspectives of scientific research capability, growth capability, clinical capability and team-working capability, for the purpose of cultivating practical talents of traditional Chinese medicine in the new era featured by“strong capability of scientific research, specialty in clinical research, mastery of new theories and high quality”. The mode for cultivating young talents of traditional Chinese medicine in the new era is reformed and explored on the basis of four-dimensional evaluation mode, to seek for the cultivation mode for young talents of traditional Chinese medicine suitable for the new era and cultivate more clinical talents specialized in traditional Chinese medicine qualified the demand of social development.
