摘　　要：当代人多饮食不节且运动减少,加上长时间处于湿热环境中,导致脾胃功能受损,久而形成湿热体质。文章从理论、实验、临床入手,通过对近10年来中医湿热体质相关性论文进行整理,总结该体质的流调特征、实验指标、湿热质与疾病的关系及干预方法,并对目前研究存在的不足进行讨论和思考,以期更好地指导湿热体质的临床治疗和预防,为今后关于偏颇体质的研究指明方向。Modern people eat irregularly and exercise less, with a long time in the dampness-heat environment, resulting in the spleen and stomach function damage, gradually formed a dampness-heat constitution. This article starts from theory, experiment, and clinical practice. It summarizes the epidemiological characteristics of the constitution, the experimental indicators, the relationship between the damp-heat constitution and the disease, and the intervention methods through the collation of papers related to the dampness-heat constitution of traditional Chinese medicine in the past ten years, and discuss and think about the deficiencies in current research, in order to better guide the clinical treatment and prevention of dampness-heat constitution, and point out the direction for future research on biased constitution.
