三才理论下《黄帝内经》中五运六气、人气的气运变化交接时间考证

摘　　要：为明确五运六气、人气的交接时间,通过查询中医文献资料,对相关问题进行考证。考证结果确定地气阴阳转化交接时间在冬至,天气阴阳转化交接时间在春分,人气阴阳转化交接时间在立春。五运六气理论根植于《黄帝内经》当中,交接时间点以《黄帝内经》理论为准。在《黄帝内经》五运六气理论当中,五运应天道代表地之阴阳变化,交接时间点在冬至;六气是天地之气交互作用的产物,交接点在大寒;人气则在立春交接。In order to make clear the handover time of the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors and popularity,this paper makes textual research on the related problems by consulting the literature of traditional Chinese medicine.The results showed that the transition time of yin and yang of earth atmosphere is at the winter solstice,that of weather is at the vernal equinox,and that of popularity is at the beginning of spring.The theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors is rooted in the internal classic,and the theory of Huangdi Neijing at the time point of handover shall prevail.According to the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in Huangdi Neijing,the five evolutive phases should be based on the changes of yin and yang in the representative place of heaven,and the transition time is at the winter solstice,the six climatic factors is the product of the interaction of heaven and earth,and the transition point is in the great cold,the popularity is at the beginning of spring.
