摘　　要：肉芽肿性乳腺炎是一种非特异性慢性炎症,以肉芽肿为其病理特征,通常认为与自身免疫相关。该疾病发病年龄一般为产后3~5年,通常为无菌性炎症,发生在年近八旬女性且伴感染实属罕见,易与炎性乳癌相混淆。此文介绍张卫红主任中西医结合,灵活应用中医外治法治疗复杂性创面,内外结合治疗该例难治性肉芽肿性乳腺炎的经验。Granulomatous mastitis is a non-specific chronic inflammation with granuloma as its pathological feature,generally thought to be related to autoimmunity.The age of onset of the disease is generally 3-5 years postpartum.It is usually aseptic inflammation.It is rare in women who are nearly 80 years old and accompanied by infection,and is easily confused with inflammatory breast cancer.This article introduces Zhang Weihong’s experience in treating this case of refractory granulomatous mastitis with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,combined with internal and external medicine,and how to flexibly apply external treatment methods to treat complex wounds.
