摘　　要：数字技术是推动农业产业结构转型升级的一个重要动力。面对农业产业结构转型升级的现实需求,从供给侧和需求侧尝试构建数字技术推动农业产业结构转型升级的作用机制,提出其实现路径。数字技术通过引起的生产要素再配置和收入增加,在恩格尔效应、鲍莫尔效应和资本深化效应的作用下推动农业产业结构合理化、高级化和绿色化。为加快推进数字化转型下农业产业结构升级,需要建立财政、社会资本多元投资体系,构建数字农业技术创新和应用转化体系,扩大内需促进绿色消费,加强涉农产业制度政策保障体系。Digital technology is an important driving force to promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural industrial structure.In the face of the actual demand for the transformation and upgrading of agricultural industrial structure,this research attempts to build a mechanism for digital technology to promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural industrial structure from the supply side and the demand side,and puts forward its implementation path.Digital technology promotes the rationalization,upgrading and greening of agricultural industrial structure under the effects of Engel effect,Baumol effect and capital deepening effect through the reallocation of production factors and income increased by the Engel effect.In order to accelerate the upgrading of agricultural industrial structure under the digital transformation,it is necessary to establish a diversified investment system of financial and social capital,build a digital agricultural technology innovation and application transformation system,expand domestic demand to promote green consumption,and strengthen the policy guarantee system of agricultural-related industries.
