血栓心脉宁结合尼莫地平在急性脑梗死患者中的应用效果与安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析血栓心脉宁结合尼莫地平方案用于急性脑梗死治疗的效果及安全性。方法:选取我院AMI患者68例,以随机投掷法分为参照组、研究组各34例,参照组基础治疗上加用尼莫地平治疗,研究者联合应用血栓心脉宁治疗,对比两组应用效果及安全性。结果:两组治疗前NIHSS评分、BI指数、血清Hcy、hs-CRP水平、PI、RI、LP(a)水平均无较大差异(P>0.05);治疗后7 d、治疗后14 d,研究组NIHSS评分低于参照组、BI指数高于参照组,且组内前后差异明显(P<0.05);治疗后两组Hcy、hs-CRP水平、RI、LP(a)水平均降低,且研究组低于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组PI水平升高,且研究组高于参照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无较大差异(P>0.05)。结论:血栓心脉宁结合尼莫地平方案可改善急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损及患者日常生活能力,同步改善血脂水平并促进预后,且具有安全价值。Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of thrombus xinmaining combined with nimodipine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 68 patients with AMI in our hospital were selected and divided into the reference group and the study group with 34 cases by random throwing method.The reference group was treated with nimodipine in addition to the basic treatment.The investigator combined the treatment with Xueshuan Xinmaining to compare the effects of the two groups.And safety.Results:The NIHSS score,BI index,serum Hcy,hsCRP levels,PI,RI,and LP(a)levels were not significantly different between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);7 days after treatment,14 days after treatment,the study group The NIHSS score was lower than the reference group,and the BI index was higher than the reference group,and the difference between before and after the group was significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of Hcy,hs-CRP,RI,and LP(a)in the two groups decreased,and the study group Lower than the reference group(P<0.05);PI levels in the two groups increased after treatment,and the study group was higher than the reference group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Thromboxinmaining combined with nimodipine regimen can improve the nerve function defect and daily life ability of patients with acute cerebral infarction,simultaneously improve blood lipid level and promote prognosis,and is of safe value.
