摘 要:中亚五国是我国西部的重要邻国,是“一带一路”沿线的重要支点。加强在教育领域的交流与合作是增进我国与中亚国家政治互信、提升经济合作水平、实现民心相通的重要机制。双方30年的教育交流与合作走过从缓慢到迅速、从单一到多元的发展进程。在“一带一路”倡议框架下,我国与中亚五国之间教育交流合作的路径不断丰富,成效日益显著。但由于中亚地区复杂的民族历史文化因素和多变的地缘政治环境,双方交流与合作的可持续性和务实性发展尚面临缺乏中长期战略规划、中国教育品牌意识不强、复合型人才培养不足等诸多挑战。我们应具有高阶思维,注重对接中亚各国发展战略,致力于区域教育一体化的协同推进,着力打造区域教育高地,创新语言文化的传播策略,从而实现中国与中亚五国教育交流合作的高质量发展与共赢。Central Asia is a region of Asia that stretches from the Caspian Sea in the west to western China,and is regarded as important pivot points along the Belt and Road.Strengthening exchanges and cooperation in the field of education is an important mechanism for enhancing mutual political trust and raising the level of economic cooperation to achieve people-to-people contact between China and the Central Asian countries.Over the past 30 years,educational exchanges and cooperation between the two sides have gone through a process of development from slow to rapid progress and single to diversified dimensions.Under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative,the paths of educational exchange and cooperation between China and the 5 Central Asian countries have been enriched and become increasingly effective.However,due to the complex ethnic,historical and cultural factors and the changing geopolitical environment in Central Asia,the sustainability and pragmatic development of exchanges and cooperation between the two regions still face many challenges,such as the lack of medium and long-term strategic planning,weak awareness of building China’s education brand,and insufficient training of complex talents.Therefore,in order to achieve long-term development and win-win cooperation in educational exchange and cooperation between the two regions,it is necessary to think at a higher level,emphasize the alignment of the development strategies of each country,commit to the synergy of regional educational integration,focus on building regional educational highlands,and innovate language and cultural communication strategies.
